Dr. Sean To has been practicing medicine for over eight years and is an internal medicine specialist. He graduated from the Chicago Medical School in 1998. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Southern California County Hospital and Akron General Medical Center in Ohio. His clinical practice focuses on the management of medically complex patients, with special interests in hypertension, diabetes and geriatric care.

David Kirshbaum, PA-C graduated from Western University in Pomona in 1998. He has been working for over thirteen years under the supervision of an Internist in Rancho Cucamonga. David is well trained in internal medicine and complex medical problems. Dr. To and David Kirshbaum, PA-C have participated in continuing medical education courses in order to stay current with the latest diagnosis and treatments. They are currently affiliated with San Antonio Hospital.
